Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Lead complex application programming, design technical infrastructure, and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Create multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with our vision and strategy. Manage multiple backend system projects and enhance existing applications.
  • Leadership: Act as a development team lead, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers, ensuring project objectives are met.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of application development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.
  • 4 years of experience with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and gRPC.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
