Role Description:In this role, you will support the successful integration and evolution of HR processes and programs. You will play a key role in executing transformation initiatives, improving HR operations, and enhancing employee experience across the organization. You’ll work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to help align systems, policies, and practices, while contributing to strategic projects that drive operational efficiency and cultural cohesion.This role will have the opportunity to support a wide variety of HR transformation projects within a supportive and collaborative environment. In return for your skills and expertise, you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.Your responsibilities will include:Assist in implementing HR integration plans and timelines aligned with business goals;Support harmonization of HR programs such as performance management, compensation management and total rewards;Coordinate data gathering and documentation as well as developing insights and initial recommendations to support HR system consolidation efforts;Contribute to policy and process standardization by reviewing documentation and providing insights and synopsis;Support activities to align organizational structures, support workforce redesign and planning, and promote leadership development and succession strategies;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives, supporting program rollout, and gathering feedback/data to monitor progress and outcomes;Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws across relevant jurisdictions;Support the facilitation of change management activities and training sessions, including drafting and distributing clear and engaging communications related to HR programs and changes;Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to transformation initiatives.Qualifications: As the ideal candidate, you are a motivated and dedicated HR professional with strong Generalist experience. You bring strong foundational knowledge of change management and project management best practices and are excited about the opportunity to develop this skillset further. Most importantly, you are a team player and are comfortable approaching and consulting with leaders across the business to obtain data and feedback needed to move projects forward.Your qualifications will include:Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;3+ years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or program support;Demonstrated experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll);Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills;Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;Experience supporting organizational change or transformation projects would be considered a strong asset.
