The opportunity:

We are looking for a CPA or CPA student to join our client's procure to pay transformation team in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a business or accounting background to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Training will be provided by experienced team members.

What you will do:

  • Assist client with transforming Procure to Pay processes and controls, including identifying process gaps, supporting control design or enhancement, and helping implement best practices across P2P.
  • Support the team with ad hoc finance tasks as required.

Your qualifications:

  • Business Degree with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or controllership functions.
  • Professional designation (CPA, CIA) (including equivalent international designations). CPA designation preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
