Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Partner: Collaborate closely with directors to understand their specific needs and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Responsible for posting job openings, screening applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews to identify and recommend top talents to our teams.
  • Onboarding and Personalized Follow-Up: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to their success within our company.
  • HR Innovations: Participate in developing innovative strategies to attract and retain talents, while maintaining key relationships with academic institutions and placement agencies.
  • Efficient Administrative Support: Manage HR-related documentation meticulously, facilitate ongoing employee training, and contribute to the management of health and safety records.

Requirements:

  • Education and Skills: AEC or DEC in Human Resources Management/Administration is required. Applications from recent graduates without experience are also welcome.
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomous, meticulous, resourceful, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Technology and Social Media: Comfortable with virtual recruitment platforms and social networks to identify top profiles.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Drummondville
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, possibility of 30 hours per week)
  • Employment Type: Fixed-term contract, possibility of permanent hire after 12 months (maternity leave replacement)
  • Start Date: Monday, August 12, 2024
