I am looking for an accounts payable analyst for my client located in Montreal North. This role is permanent, full-time.



Responsibilities assigned

Reconcile accounts payable vs. account statements;
Ensure follow-up of problematic cases;
Coordinate end-of-month processes;
Perform GL account reconciliations as requested;
Ensure productivity improvement;
Supervise the accounts payable teams;
Innovate by developing new working methods;
Ensure that registrations comply with sales tax and other legislation;
Communicate with suppliers;
Other related tasks.

Minimum of an accounting technique;
Excellent command of Excel and Word office software;
Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines;
Sense of analysis and organization;
Professional, meticulous and autonomous;
Team player, interpersonal skill
