With this acquisition, Saint-Gobain reinforced its worldwide leadership in light and sustainable construction by becoming the top siding player in Canada. In support of this acquisition, Saint-Gobain has an exciting career opportunity for a Receptionist at our Pointe-Claire branch to join our team.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
Status: Full Time, permanent, On-site

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role

• Greet, welcome visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Assisting departments with clerical/administrative tasks
• Coordinating bookings with travel agencies during company events
• Supporting with company leased vehicle tracking and license renewals
• Other duties as required

Here is what’s important to have to apply:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• High school diploma level or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service attitude
