Establishing a safe, caring and inclusive environment where diversity is respected, and all members of the school community are welcomed.

Engaging with all partners to establish clear goals and set direction.

Maintaining high expectations for self, staff, and students through caring, respectful, consistent, and proactive approaches.

Facilitating the development of leadership capacity in others.

Effective solution-focused problem solving and decision making to make the most of school resources.

Establishing effective home/school communication plans that effectively report progress of student learning and achievement to parents.
