We’re inviting experienced database professionals to help evaluate model behavior on domain-specific tasks related to database administration, querying, and infrastructure management.

About the Project
This project focuses on benchmarking AI systems to ensure they understand key workflows and decisions made by experienced professionals like you. Tasks may include identifying realistic solutions to common database challenges and sharing your thought process behind critical database decisions.

-- Duration: Short-term through December 29th
-- Commitment: 40–100 total hours of work, beginning with a paid 2–4 day work trial
-- Fully remote, flexible scheduling

Your participation will help us evaluate and shape safer, more reliable AI systems, particularly in technical fields that require precision and depth of expertise.

Must-Have Qualifications
-- 4+ years full-time experience as a database administrator or related role
-- English language fluency
-- U.S. residency
-- Access to a computer with reliable internet
-- Comfortable using tools like video conferencing, messaging platforms, and file uploads
-- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete structured online tasks independently

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:
-Hourly pay: $40–$120 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit
-Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours
-Entirely remote—work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met
-Current employment in the field is not required
