Job description:

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting local partner merchants by investigating and addressing their operational needs and concerns. Your responsibilities will include recommending operational improvements to restaurants, helping to grow sales, and enhancing their overall experience with the platform. You will collect feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the team to escalate areas that could increase engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with partner restaurants to recommend operational improvements and growth strategies.
  • Analyze feedback from restaurants and escalate areas of opportunity to enhance their engagement with the platform.
  • Work with large data sets and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and address issues or concerns raised by partner merchants.
  • Independently manage workload, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling responsibilities.
  • Maintain clear and organized notes to track and monitor progress.
  • Work closely with team members and management to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and French.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling rejection in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with large data sets and using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or G Suite.
  • A background in sales or operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work remotely without direct supervision.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, or G Suite.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Sales experience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Self-motivated and independent work ethic.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets.

Bonus (Not Required):

  • A business diploma or degree.
  • Experience with SQL and Salesforce.
