In this role, you will develop your expertise, work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the HRIS applications for our clients. You will also contribute to develop the skills of the team through coaching. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, drive and control deliverables and the team for full-cycle HRIS implementations and transformation projects, ranging from single module implementations to large scale transformation engagements;
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of implementation consultants to delivery high quality and on-time delivery;
  • Provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and guidance throughout the implementation process with our IN-RGY methodology;
  • Actively contribute to internal projects, such as project management methodology and process harmonization.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing HRIS projects;
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software
  • Proven track record with project management methodologies and tools;
  • PMP Certified;
  • Be stimulated by change;
  • Enjoy working in a team and on different project;
  • Have an irreproachable sense of customer service which reflects in the level of quality of your work;
  • Working proficiency in English and French

Dans ce rôle, tu développeras ton expertise et tu travailleras aux côtés d'une équipe expérimentée pour réaliser des projets d'envergure impliquant le déploiement des applications UKG Pro et/ou Dimensions pour nos clients. Tu contribueras également à développer les compétences de l'équipe par le biais de coaching. Plus de détails sur ton quotidien :

  • Planifier, organiser, piloter et contrôler les livrables et l'équipe pour des mises en œuvre complètes de systèmes d'information de gestion des ressources humaines (SIRH), tels que SAP SuccessFactors et Workforce Software;
  • Diriger et gérer une équipe de consultants en implémentation afin d'assurer une livraison de haute qualité et dans les délais;
  • Fournir des perspectives stratégiques, une expertise technique et des conseils tout au long du processus de mise en œuvre selon notre méthodologie IN-RGY;
  • Contribuer activement à des projets internes, tels que la méthodologie de gestion de projet et l'harmonisation des processus.

Ce qu'il te faut pour réussir dans ce poste:

  • Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet SIRH;
  • Avoir de l'expérience avec SAP SuccessFactors et/ou Workforce Software;
  • Expérience éprouvée avec les méthodologies et les outils de gestion de projet;
  • Détenir la certification PMP;
  • Être stimulé.e par le changement;
  • Aimer travailler en équipe et sur différents projets;
  • Avoir un sens irréprochable du service client qui se reflète dans la qualité de ton travail;
  • Bilingue (anglais/français).
