Base Salary: $70,000-75,000
Commission: Uncapped
OTE: $90,000-105,000
Company Overview: Join a leading provider of industrial warehouse products focused on delivering high-quality PPE, containers, shipping and packaging products.
Position Summary: Seeking a driven sales representative with experience in key accounts within the packaging industry. This role will focus on growing and managing sales (B2B), with a specific emphasis on industrial warehouse and office products. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Grow existing client accounts focusing on companies requiring PPE, containers, shipping and packaging products, and storage solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct visits to client sites to assess needs, present solutions, and address any concerns.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Packaging sales
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience developing and expanding a sales territory, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of industrial products, particularly PPE, containers, shipping, packaging, and storage solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
