About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Culture & Events Coordinator to help foster a positive and engaging workplace environment. This role will focus on planning and executing company events and activities.

As an Office Assistant, you will support the administrative team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

This role is Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute team-building activities, holiday parties and other company events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, scheduling, and setup.
  • Support employee recognition programs, celebrations, and milestone acknowledgments.
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of kitchen and coffee stations
  • Filing and document organization
  • Reception coverage, including welcoming clients and managing a multi-line switchboard.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities with proactive support and a team-oriented approach.

Salary

The hourly salary range for this position is $20 – $23/hour depending on experience.
