  • Forecasting Methodology Advancement: In the medium term, spearhead the transition to more sophisticated forecasting methodologies tailored to e-commerce to improve accuracy, scalability, and adaptability.
  • Own Warehouse Communication: Act as the primary liaison with warehouse teams to coordinate on inventory needs, inbound/outbound logistics, and e-commerce-specific operational requirements to streamline stock flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in forecasting, allocation, and planning within the retail and e-commerce industries, with a strong focus on seasonal business and small appliances.
  • Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce forecasting and inventory allocation, specifically with Amazon and other high-volume online marketplaces.
  • Experience in inventory allocation across both 1P and 3P e-commerce channels.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for advanced data analysis and visualization.
  • Must have strong leadership qualities, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
