Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from the sales handoff through project completion. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest level of satisfaction. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of clients simultaneously. Prior experience in an agency setting and familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition from sales to operations.
- Regularly check in with clients to monitor progress and address any concerns or opportunities.
- Manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on project goals and execution.
- Ensure that projects stay within the agreed statement of work.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Strategic Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to maximize the value of HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement client success strategies.
Training & Support:
- Guide clients in effectively using HubSpot and related CRM platforms.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on best practices in CRM and sales processes.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track client satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present client performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all client interactions and progress are accurately documented in HubSpot or other project management tools.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong background in project management – experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A technical background or familiarity with sales, marketing automation, and customer success strategies is preferred.
