Truck Technician (310T)

Responsibilities

· Maintenance and preventative maintenance of company fleet to ensure efficient operation

· Inspect, diagnose, and conduct repairs of company fleet

· Follow and practice workplace health and safety regulations and ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste

· Other related tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

· Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Inspection certification required; Volvo experience is an asset

· Red Seal Interprovincial Certification is an asset

· Registered and in good standing with the province of Nova Scotia trade school

· Ability to understand and use a computer and diagnostic tools

· Has their own tools

· A motivated self-starter who takes pride in what they do

· A team player with a positive attitude and a fast learner

· Always safety-oriented
