Role Description

We are seeking an experienced building envelope Project Manager with a specialization in architectural cladding and the ability to run multiple projects with the team. This position requires a high level of knowledge of design and construction processes, exceptional understanding of architectural drawings, and attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend site meetings
  • Process and produce submittal packages, including shop drawings (mandatory)
  • Prepare and manage schedule of values and invoicing documents
  • Produce progress reports and track job hours
  • Ensure timelines are met
  • Prepare material orders and schedule deliveries
  • Coordinate with general and sub contractors
  • Coordinate all activities related to the project
  • Collaborate with estimators, architects, clients, and consultants for project accuracy

Essential skills and experience

  • 5+ years experience in cladding systems including metal cladding, ACM panels, insulated metal panels, phenolic cladding, fiber cement cladding
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Computer program skills (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Applications)
  • Technology/computer skills are essential
  • Graduate from engineering, architectural or construction management considered an asset
