We are looking for an experienced Consultative Sales Expert who is passionate about helping people to look and feel their best through consultative selling. We provide non-surgical and surgical aesthetics treatments. Previous experience with medical aesthetics not required as extensive training is provided.

This position is for our west end clinics and may involve shifts in our Brampton, Oakville or Mississauga locations.

All qualified applicants will be considered; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Consultant is primarily responsible for sales and enrolling patients by educating prospects on the benefits of laser & non-invasive and surgical treatments and wellness services. Through effective education, marketing and team dynamics, you maintain a steady flow of enrolments and retention, meeting closing targets and weekly and monthly company's goals.

No Cold Calling required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of two years of sales in medical esthetics or related fields experience preferred

2. Ability to work weekends and evenings when required by business needs

3. Medical or health related college degree or experience preferred

4. Proven track record of meeting and achieving goals/targets

5. Excellent technical/computer/closing skills

6. Solid evidence of community outreach and involvement in health related industries and in-depth understanding of the value of improving health and wellness.

SUCCESS MEASURES:

1. Number and revenue volume of new patient enrollments

2. Conversion rate of prospective clients to new enrollments

3. Retention sales to existing customer base
