About You:

The ideal candidate is hungry and excited to continue their career in sales with an established technology company. You will have an outgoing personality, eager to have conversations with new people, and a personality that naturally attracts people. The successful candidate will develop new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

The Opportunity:

We're expanding the team Are you a tech savvy salesperson? DSI is a leader in Microsoft based technologies, specifically; data analytics, application development, and infrastructure services. We specialize in providing resources in these areas.

Special call out. This is not a recruiter role. We are looking for seasoned sales staff from previous technology sales roles or direct sales staffing experience.

This role provides the opportunity to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing clients.
  • Cold calling, warm calling, account management
  • Generate revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with clients.
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to develop well written and compelling candidate presentations to showcase and highlight the match between the sourced talent and your client's requirements.
  • Establish excellent peer relationships with internal stakeholders to solve problems, gain cooperation and build trust and support within the team environment.
  • Identify and adapt to changing market conditions, skills and clients based on current or changing conditions and learn how to react quickly to the change.
  • Prioritize the key tasks and responsibilities of the role and be able to quickly zero in on the critical tasks while still accomplishing the goals within the role.
  • Open to continuous learning and seeking feedback and advice when faced with new or challenging situations.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing our clients and consultants' excellent service.
  • A demonstratable background of success within recruitment and client onboarding.
  • Experience selling into the US would be an asset.
  • Previous experience working with CRM and application tracking programs.
  • Previous experience with RFP/RFI submissions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering an above average presentation of candidates.
  • Eager, hungry, and dedicated to driving revenue.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
