Client Success Analyst (QA Specialist)

Role Summary:

R77 is partnering with an amazing fintech company that is seeking a proactive and dedicated client success analyst with expertise in quality assurance to ensure seamless client onboarding, effective integration processes, and swift resolution of technical issues. This role acts as a crucial liaison between our valued clients and technical teams, aiming to deliver outstanding client satisfaction and robust product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, promptly responding to technical enquiries.
  • Support and guide clients through technical integrations involving API protocols (REST, WebSocket, FIX).
  • Work closely with the engineering team to swiftly identify and rectify technical issues.
  • Represent client interests internally, promoting ongoing enhancements and improvements to our products.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in client success, technical support, or quality assurance roles.
  • Proficiency in API integration methodologies (REST, WebSocket, FIX).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Golang, Node.js, or Java.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional fluency in Mandarin or Portuguese is considered advantageous.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technologies will be highly regarded.
