Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive at Novell Design Build. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle which can often span years. This role will be based in Vancouver, BC, based out of our South Granville office, requiring some networking and attending events, visiting jobsites and client homes, with some flexibility for remote work over time.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal, Sales and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience in the construction industry or related field
- Ability to build and maintain new leads, strategic partnerships, and nurture client relationships
- Keen business acumen
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge of design and construction processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Construction, Architecture, or related field
- Experience with municipal zoning is a plus
- Experience with CRM software is a plus

The salary range for this position will be based on experience:
Base salary with additional commission pay to recognize sales performance.
