What you will do

  • In collaboration with our Implementation Consultants, lead implementation projects across BusPlanner’s suite of software solutions, through detail-oriented integration of sensitive client data from varied sources
  • Configure, manage, and maintain Windows environments for our growing pool of cloud-hosted users and applications
  • Deliver customized technical services as required to maximize client success and retention
  • Maintain documentation for products and internal processes
  • Work variable shifts to help cover our industry-leading help desk hours of 7am to 7pm ET, with occasional after-hours coverage as required
  • Be proactive in positively evolving your role and your team’s processes—implementing new good ideas is highly encouraged


What you bring to the table

  • Prior experience in server setup and maintenance, data management and analysis, and/or software support (bonus points for familiarity with SaaS environments)
  • Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings
  • Passion for customer service and helping our clients succeed
  • Proven track record of success and progression in prior relevant roles
  • Prior experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Microsoft Access is an asset


Successful candidates will work in our Waterloo office for 3+ days a week for a six-month training period, with a possibility of expanded remote work after successful completion of the training phase.
