- Job Role/Title: Business Systems Analyst - Intermediate
- Job Duration: Initial contract of 1 year, with good possibilities of further extension.
- Job Location: Toronto, Ontario - M5G 1R8, Canada.

Required Experience/Skillset for this Role
- Experience in Citrix to VDI migration projects
- Excellent understanding and applied expertise with I.T. Infrastructure Design and Management
- Good understanding of Legacy systems migration and different tech stacks.
- Experience with network controls and port/access
- Profiling knowledge is good to have

Role/Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will be performing the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change.
- Works in partnership with preferred vendors to understand product roadmaps and recommend new solutions and ideas to enhance the business model.
- Uses industry consulting methodologies to understand business requests/expected outcomes to translate and document them into requirements, prototypes, and/or technical solutions.
- Evaluate the current business problems and provide advice on the applicability and usability of alternative technology products or solutions.
- Leads conversations in ambiguous situations and influences discussions to guide clients to make decisions/ come to resolution on outstanding items/ issues.
- Participates in meetings to communicate technical landscape and complexities to all relevant stakeholders.
- Works with businesses to identify prioritization conflicts and proposes alternative solutions or options.
- Rationalize and document technology requirements that would match with proposed products/ services to address stakeholder needs.
- Works in partnership with internal colleagues and our external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provide solutions.
- Designs and delivers high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meets overall business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement functionality for required Human Resource processes.
- Work with business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and system development goals are achieved.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of Releases and upgrades.
- Fulfills operational or enhancement work requests as needed.
- Is comfortable working with ambiguity.
