Your Role:

As the Senior Media Buyer (Adult Marketing) at EverAI reporting directly into the CMO, you will lead our efforts in expanding and optimising direct media buying within the adult entertainment industry. Your role will focus on initiating and developing new partnerships directly with webmasters and adult site networks through extensive daily outreach and negotiations. This position requires a proactive, dynamic individual with strong business development skills and a deep understanding of the adult media landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Daily Outreach: Conduct daily outreach to new websites and potential partners, using cold emailing and other direct contact methods to initiate business development conversations.
  • Direct Media Buying: Negotiate and secure strategic advertising placements directly with webmasters and adult site networks.
  • Market Monitoring and Research: Continuously monitor the adult media landscape and conduct thorough research to identify emerging opportunities and understand evolving market trends.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyse the performance of direct media buys and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and manage ad fatigue through creative rotations.
  • Content Coordination: Liaise with the marketing and design teams to communicate specific content needs, including preroll videos, banners, and landing pages.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to refine and scale our advertising strategies.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the advertising budget to ensure optimal distribution and impact of resources.


Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in media buying within the adult industry, with significant experience in initiating and managing direct partnerships with webmasters and site networks.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong background in business development, including extensive experience with cold emailing and initiating new business contacts.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in media buying strategies, performance analysis, and the use of industry-specific tools for direct media placement and optimization.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication abilities with robust negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and build lasting partnerships.
  • Project Management: Capable of handling multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Deep understanding of the legal and ethical considerations specific to advertising in the adult entertainment industry.
