Nous recherchons un Consultant Fonctionnel Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365BC dont le rôle principal est de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des solutions ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
Description du poste
En tant que Consultant Fonctionnel, vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe projet multidisciplinaire tout en faisant le lien entre les besoins métiers du client et les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles. Vos principales tâches consisteront à collecter et documenter les spécifications fonctionnelles du client, analyser les processus métiers, configurer les solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC et soutenir le client lors des phases d'acceptation, de déploiement et de support post-intégration.
Responsabilités
- Organiser et/ou participer aux réunions de suivi et d'état du projet ;
- Définir, modéliser et rédiger les besoins fonctionnels et spécifications du client ;
- Définir la portée des fonctionnalités de Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC en fonction des besoins du client ;
- Agir en tant qu'expert en suggérant les meilleures pratiques pour les solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365BC ;
- Préparer et animer des ateliers avec les différents acteurs du projet ;
- Interagir et collaborer étroitement avec les départements et équipes impactés par le projet ;
- Contribuer au développement de la solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC ;
- Configurer les modules Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC conformément aux meilleures pratiques ;
- Planifier, préparer, exécuter et réaliser des tests fonctionnels en fonction des exigences du client ;
- Soutenir le client dans les tests d'intégration et d'acceptation ;
- Participer aux activités de gestion du changement en fournissant des formations basées sur les exigences du client ;
- Fournir un support aux utilisateurs une fois la solution déployée.
Qualifications
- Diplôme de baccalauréat/maîtrise en administration des affaires, finance, gestion, informatique ou génie logiciel ;
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste métier ERP ou 2 mises en œuvre complètes ;
- Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC ;
- Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, un atout majeur ;
- Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, un atout majeur ;
- Expérience avec la plateforme Microsoft Power est un atout ;
- Toute expérience avec des systèmes ERP ou BI sera un atout ;
- Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, un atout majeur ;
- Désignation CPA, un atout ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais ;
- Modélisation des processus métiers et des besoins fonctionnels ;
- Connaissance des autres applications Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) ;
- Agir de manière professionnelle et responsable ;
- Leadership pour soutenir les analystes métier juniors ;
- Aimer relever des défis et être constamment en quête de dépassement de soi ;
- Compétences en communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
- Créatif et polyvalent avec une grande capacité d'écoute (atout).

Currently Working with a Partner based in Toronto who is looking to add a French Resource to lead their French projects.
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365BC Functional Consultant whose main role is to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC ERP solutions.
Job description
As a Functional Consultant, you will evolve within a multidisciplinary project team while making the link between the client's business needs and the technical-functional teams.
Your main tasks will be to collect and document the customer's functional specifications, analyze business processes, configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC solutions and support the customer in the acceptance, deployment and post-integration support phases.
Responsibilities
- Organize and/or participate in follow-up meetings and project status;
- Define, model and write the client's functional needs and specifications;
- Define the scope of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC features based on the customer's needs;
- Act as an expert by suggesting best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365BC solutions;
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with the various stakeholders of the project;
- Interact and collaborate closely with the departments and teams impacted by the project;
- Contribute to the development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC solution;
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC modules in accordance with best practices;
- Plan, prepare, execute and perform functional tests in relation to the client's requirements;
- Support the client in integration and acceptance tests;
- Participate in change management activities by providing training based on the client's requirements;
- Provide support to users once the solution is deployed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science or Software Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP business analyst or 2 full implementations;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, will be a strong asset;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a strong asset;
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an asset;
- Any experience with ERP or BI system will be an asset;
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certification, a strong asset;
- CPA designation is an asset;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English;
- Business and business process modeling;
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Act in a professional and responsible manner;
- Leadership to support junior business analysts;
- Loving to take on challenges and constantly seeking to surpass himself;
- Communication skills both orally and in writing;
- Creative and versatile with a high listening quality (asset).
