**You Are**:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.

**The Work**:

- Build SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions
- Lead workshops to walk client through business processes and gather requirements
- Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out HR offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
- Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise

**Here’s What You Need**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Minimum of 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/ French
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Certification in more than one additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC Time Tracking, EC Payroll, Recruitment Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, Workforce Software)
- You grasp the ins and outs of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing and Functional/Technical Integrations)
- You have integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Prem and other third party vendors
- Experience configuring replication to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
