  • Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business;
  • Negotiate and approve contracts and monitor their execution with all stakeholders;
  • Manage contract files, and use them as reference for the future;
  • Develop strategies and identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals; i.e. changing costs of raw materials, fluctuations of exchange rates, acquisition policies, etc.
  • In particular following acquisitions and the conversions of new stores, execute line changes with the products team in order to respond to the demands of the market while respecting buying conditions.
  • Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract;
  • Identify potential suppliers with the product management team;
  • Monitor existing suppliers’ performance, resolve shortfalls, and maintain a good relationship with them;

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or any relevant field;
  • 3 years of experience in a purchasing role;
  • Experience in cost control and reduction;
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Advanced knowledge of modern procurement and purchasing techniques;
  • Ability to develop business relationships with suppliers;
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results;
  • Ability to organize work in a structured manner.
