  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
  • Safety Trainings and Certifications are preferred
  • Proficient in using construction management software and computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
