Our client, a global leading engineering consulting firm is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional & QA Analyst- Hybrid based in Montreal Quebec.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Dynamics 365 (D365) functional expert with an emphasis on quality assurance, particularly for Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) applications.
  • Analyze and comprehend the functional and technical specifications of the system.
  • Develop strategies and plans for testing activities, including functional, integration, end-to-end, acceptance, and regression testing for D365 production releases and updates.
  • Draft and revise test cases to ensure the quality of requirements documentation.
  • Execute various test cases using test management tools.
  • Design and advocate for quality assurance processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to support platform users by resolving their issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on bug fixes.
  • Engage in community of practice efforts to maintain the platform.
  • Stay informed about developments and best practices related to testing D365 (CE and F&O).

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, specifically in Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations.
  • Strong understanding of system functional and technical specifications.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
  • Proficiency in writing and updating test cases.
  • Familiarity with test management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with ERP teams and support platform users.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with best practices in D365 testing.
