Required Skills:

• Experience (project / consultancy environment)

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Agile frame works SCRUM and KANBAN of end-to-end software development lifecycle, with experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in an on-site / offshore model.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address impediments and project / Agile delivery

• Sound knowledge of various Agile methodologies (RAD, JAD, Lean, RUP, XP, DSDM SAFe and LeSS.

• Industry recognized certifications related to Agile such as SCRUM Master, RUP Certifications, etc.

• Strong Leadership, Communication, and presentation skills

• Knowledgeable on relevant Agile tools

• Experience in Project Delivery and Execution (on-site and offshore environment) using Agile methodologies and techniques at the team and enterprise levels.

Roles and responsibilities:

• *Scrum Master Drive Agile project delivery. Lead and facilitate Agile project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Implement and tailor Agile frameworks to meet the specific needs of the projects.

• Collaborate and Optimize Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize the workflow and streamline the processes.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Champion Agile practices Champion Agile principles and practices to enhance the team productivity and project success.

• Provide coaching and support to teams in adopting Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Monitoring and Issue Resolutions Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Continuous Improvement Culture Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team to reflect on their processes and outcomes.

• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine product backlogs.

• Stay Informed Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile project delivery.
