On behalf of our client, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking an Intermediate Product Manager to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. The position can be based in British Columbia or Ontario with the majority of work done remotely and some occasional travel.
Role: The Product Manager will collaborate with business, operations, technology, digital team members, and others across the organization to develop product roadmaps for the client’ platforms and tools. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features and enhancements, focusing on optimizing user experience and achieving operational excellence.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of agile methodologies and a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Perform discovery on topics to gather information for requirements and begin for further analysis efforts.
Provide backlog management and prioritization, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Ensure the development team understands items in the backlog and get clarity on ambiguous items with the intent to share with the development team as necessary.
3+ years’ experience within the Investment Industry
Extensive experience in a fast moving/agile environment continually improving multiple products
Proven ability to work closely with development teams, some technical background would be a huge asset
Demonstrated experience working with C-level executives and clients
Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Knowledge of Dataphile is an asset
