The position:


We are actively seeking a mechanical designer to join our growing location in Toronto, ON.


What will you be doing?


  • Provide the coordination, verification and design of mechanical building systems in various sectors (multi-family residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Design mechanical building systems
  • Work closely with engineers to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs
  • Understand and implement personal and company safety by adhering to all safety
  • Assist in preparing, calculating, engineering, and design of drawings and specifications
  • Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction project


What you bring?


  • A Diploma in mechanical design/technology with a minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Experience designing multi-family residential buildings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Being a natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations
