Due to growth, Top Lift Enterprises Bolton is currently seeking a detail oriented, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our Parts team


The ideal candidate will assist the parts and service departments.


WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • Inputting work orders from customers.
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues that arise, utilizing internal management systems to log issues.
  • Answering billing related questions; resolve billing issues; directing customers to appropriate avenues where required.
  • Updating account information as required, following up to ensure any issues have been resolved.
  • File management (including but not limited to regular filing).
  • Assist Parts department.
  • Other duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have superior customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume environment would be considered an asset.
