Relevant de la directrice des finances et de l’administration, vous joindrez une équipe qui est composée de huit (8) personnes. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans la préparation de rapports de vente et d’analyses de rentabilité, dans l’explication des écarts et dans le processus budgétaire annuel. Plus précisément, vous assumerez les principales responsabilités suivantes :

Préparation de rapports, d’analyses et suivi budgétaire (75%)

Produire différents rapports de vente et analyses de rentabilité.

Identifier les écarts et anomalies dans les données. Chercher les causes afin d’assurer la fiabilité et l’intégrité de l’information produite.

Coordonner le processus de changements de prix et de tarification des produits, valider l’exactitude des prix et veiller à l’application des nouvelles politiques.

Participer à la préparation des résultats prévisionnels et des budgets annuels globaux et régionaux.

Analyser les résultats par territoire et expliquer les écarts par rapport au budget.

Effectuer le suivi et l’analyse de la rentabilité des produits en collaboration avec le directeur du développement des affaires.

Élaborer des procédures de travail pour optimiser et documenter les processus de suivi des résultats financiers de l’entreprise.

Conciliation et suivis (25%)

Collaborer aux préparatifs et aux conciliations des prises d’inventaires et de fermetures mensuelles d’inventaire en équipe avec la technicienne en comptabilité.

Valider la comptabilisation du suivi des contrats et projets spéciaux.

Développer ou améliorer des outils de gestion pour un meilleur suivi des résultats.

Appuyer votre gestionnaire avec différents mandats, rapports et analyses.

Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou toute autre formation connexe et expérience pertinente

Titre reconnu de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA), un atout

2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité dans un poste similaire ou dans une entreprise commerciale ou manufacturière

Expérience de travail avec des bases de données pour la création de rapports

Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office, Excel niveau avancé

Capacité à s’exprimer en anglais (parlé et écrit)

Connaissance de Power BI, un atout

Expérience avec le logiciel Microsoft Dynamics AX, un atout

Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

Autonome, sens de l’initiative et grande capacité de résolution de problèmes

Curiosité intellectuelle et intérêt pour l’amélioration continue

Rigueur, souci du détail, de l’exactitude et un bon sens de l’organisation

Excellente gestion des priorités et capacité de travailler selon des échéanciers
