Principales responsabilités


  • Relevant du surintendant adjoint entretien fibre et énergie, vous aurez comme mandat de concevoir, optimiser, développer, implanter et entretenir les stratégies de contrôle et de programmation des équipements;
  • Conseiller et supporter techniquement les équipes d’entretien et d’opération afin de résoudre les problèmes récurrents identifiés en utilisant les méthodes d’amélioration continue;
  • Vous ferez partie d’une grande équipe de professionnels passionnés dans l’atteinte des résultats.
  • Optimisation des procédés (programmes, interfaces opérateurs, productivité des équipements)
  • Vulgarise l’information technique et travaille en collaboration avec les techniciens en électro-instrumentation et les gens d’opération;
  • Analyse et élabore des solutions aux problèmes récurrents (trouble shooting);
  • Responsable de la mise à jour des dessins et programme relié au contrôle des équipements;
  • Assure le bon fonctionnement de l’entretien des systèmes de contrôle des équipements;
  • S’assure d’intégrer dans ses activités le respect des normes et politiques, en matière santé et sécurité, environnement, qualité et Gestion responsable;
  • Participe à la formation et au développement du personnel d’entretien et d’opération de son secteur.


Expérience professionnelle et qualifications :


  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie électrique ou génie de la production automatisée ou en génie robotique ;
  • Une expérience d’au moins 5 ans;
  • Une bonne connaissance de la programmation d’automates, d’interface opérateur, de commandes à vitesse variable, de réseaux de communication est importante.
  • Vous êtes membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
  • En plus d’avoir à cœur la satisfaction de vos clients, vous êtes une personne proactive ayant un fort esprit d’équipe;
  • Vous êtes une personne axée sur les résultats;
  • Vous êtes dynamique et autonome, vous aimez le travail d’équipe et avez du leadership et le sens des responsabilités;

  • Vous êtes capable d’une assimilation et d’une adaptation rapides, et ce, dans un environnement en constante évolution.

Main responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent , Fiber and Energy Maintenance , your mandate will be to design, optimize, develop, implement and maintain equipment control and programming strategies;
  • Provide technical advice and support to maintenance and operations teams in order to resolve recurring problems identified using continuous improvement methods;
  • You will be part of a large team of professionals passionate about achieving results.
  • Process optimization ( programs, operator interfaces, equipment productivity )
  • Popularizes technical information and works in collaboration with electro-instrumentation technicians and operations people;
  • Analyzes and develops solutions to recurring problems (trouble shooting);
  • Responsible for updating drawings and programs related to equipment control;
  • Ensures the proper functioning of equipment control systems maintenance;
  • Ensures that it integrates into its activities compliance with standards and policies in terms of health and safety, environment, quality and Responsible Management;
  • Participates in the training and development of maintenance and operations personnel in his sector.


Professional experience and qualifications:


You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automated production engineering or robotics engineering ;

  • At least 5 years of experience;
  • A good knowledge of programming of PLCs, operator interfaces, variable speed controls, communication networks is important.
  • You are a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;
  • In addition to having customer satisfaction at heart, you are a proactive person with a strong team spirit;
  • You are a results-oriented person;
  • You are dynamic and autonomous, you enjoy teamwork and have leadership and a sense of responsibility;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • You are capable of rapid assimilation and adaptation in a constantly changing environment.
