The Role


We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing Botpress's visibility and engagement by developing and executing a content strategy that communicates our core values and innovations effectively across various channels. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, including developers and enterprise clients.


Responsibilities


  • Content Strategy Development: Build and execute a content strategy that aligns with Botpress’s marketing objectives and supports brand consistency.
  • Demand Generation: Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, ebooks, and white papers to generate leads and educate our audience about the transformative impact of our AI solutions.
  • Ad Copywriting: Develop and refine compelling ad copy to effectively communicate the value propositions of Botpress’s products, enhancing visibility and user engagement.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that highlight the unique value propositions of Botpress, positioning us as thought leaders in the AI and conversational interfaces sector.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure content alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives.
  • Event Content Creation: Craft engaging presentations for industry events and conferences that articulate the innovative nature of Botpress products and services.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 3+ years in content creation and marketing, preferably within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
  • SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization to enhance online presence and reach.
  • Paid Advertising Proficiency: Strong experience with paid advertising and a proven track record of creating compelling ad copy that drives targeted traffic and conversion.
  • Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and engage a technical audience.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • Analytical Abilities: Comfortable working with data to derive insights and drive content strategy decisions.


Nice to Have:


  • Background in AI, machine learning, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in creating content for a technical audience, particularly developers.
