Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate Supervisor to lead our customer service team, support our bridal department, and assist in daily operations. This role is perfect for a multitasker with a strong background in high-end clothing retail and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and Supervise: Oversee the front desk team to ensure exceptional customer service.

· Daily Operations Support: Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

· Bridal Team Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

· Garment Handling: Oversee the meticulous intake and return of garments.

· Inventory Management: Assist in managing necessary supplies.

· Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

· Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a welcoming front desk area.

· Operational Improvements: Collaborate with management to develop and implement enhancements.

· Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Personal Profile:

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within high-end clothing retail.

· Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and manage a team.

· Multitasking: Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.

· Customer Service: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.

· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

· Industry Knowledge: Experience in dry cleaning, bridal, or garment care is a plus.
