Dans le cadre de notre développement, Conseil et Solutions ITS Inc recherche un(e) consultant(e) ERP confirmé(e)/senior ayant un profil comptabilité/finance et la capacité à intervenir sur l'ensemble des fonctions d'un ERP (comptabilité, finance, contrôle de gestion, achats, ventes, logistique, gestion de projet et gestion de production).

Responsabilités :
En tant que Consultant ERP Senior, vous serez au cœur de notre mission : aider nos clients SAP Business One à tirer le meilleur parti de leurs systèmes ERP pour atteindre leurs objectifs.
Vous apporterez votre expertise métier et votre maîtrise des ERP à nos clients afin de répondre aux différentes problématiques quotidiennes qu'ils rencontrent dans l'utilisation de leur logiciel. Vous saurez également anticiper les échéances à venir, répondre rapidement aux besoins de support. Vous avez à cœur d’accompagner les clients dans leur croissance et leurs activités en étant force de proposition sur les solutions apportées
Calme, précis, à l'aise dans l'échange et dynamique dans l'exécution, vous serez à même de vous adresser, avec bienveillance, à l'ensemble des collaborateurs de nos clients, quelle que soit leur fonction. Vous animerez également, sur les projets dont vous aurez la charge, les consultants et équipes techniques du groupe.
Vos compétences en comptabilité et en finance feront de vous le référent Conseil et Solutions ITS Inc auprès de certains clients. Vous interviendrez également à ce titre sur des projets managés par d'autres consultants de l'équipe afin d’apporter votre expertise en comptabilité / finance.
Vous interviendrez dans les phases d'élaboration du cahier des charges, de paramétrage, de formation et de support.
Autonome, vous avez la volonté d'apprendre en permanence pour maitriser/anticiper les évolutions des usages d’un ERP en entreprise et avoir la capacité d'intervenir et d'apporter une vision globale sur l'ensemble des sujets rencontrés par une PME.
Idéalement basé proche de Montréal. Vous serez principalement en télétravail. Vous serez également amené à vous rendre chez les clients au Canada et aux États-Unis, éventuellement en France, en fonction des besoins. Plusieurs fois par mois, nous nous retrouverons en présentiel afin de maintenir la dynamique d’équipe et de favoriser l’échange d’idées en personne.
Qualifications
Votre savoir-être, votre connaissance de la comptabilité et de la finance d’entreprise dans un contexte opérationnel, ainsi que votre expérience des ERP en PME sont primordiales.
La connaissance de SAP Business One est indispensable. Une première expérience avec le logiciel Jira (utilisé en interne pour la gestion de projet et du support) serait un atout.
La connaissance des référentiels comptables et fiscaux étrangers (USA et/ou France) est un plus.
Vous serez à l'aise dans les conversations en anglais (oral et écrit) avec la capacité d’être mobile le cas échéant (durées consécutives moyennes – au Canada : 2 à 3 jours - à l'étranger : 5 à 6 jours).
Une connaissance en SQL est également appréciée.

Rémunération envisagée
