Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for an appointment setter. As an appointment setter, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our services, and generate leads. You will also schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and managing a calendar
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Sales experience and a strong understanding of sales principles


Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:


  • Experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Knowledge of online marketing and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
