  • The ServiceNow GRC Developer will be responsible for technical design, code and architecture, and work with key business units to build solutions, processes, flows, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, mainly the Integrated Risk management and Vendor Risk Management modules. The responsibilities include: Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements (field changes, report templates, tabling, bulk data imports).
  • Integrating Service Now modules with other systems (SAP Ariba).
  • Creating rational, competent-based technological designs from functional specifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Writing, reviewing, and documenting clean, efficient, and maintainable code and application functionality.
  • Performing quality control checks.
  • Estimating, organizing, planning, and prioritizing testing-related tasks in accordance with change management procedures.
  • Debugging and fixing technical problems.
