Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management and efficient operation of assigned buildings.
  • Supervise tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and lease assignments.
  • Streamline management processes to enhance efficiency and operations.
  • Manage email inquiries and requests via Building Stack.
  • Oversee rental inventories and publish property listings.
  • Organize and conduct property showings.


Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of property experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written (preferred)
