WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Establish or expand your financial services practice within your community

Rely on your determination to grow a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to clients

HOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU:

Firm-Provided Branch and Office Administrator: Each financial advisor at Edward Jones receives an office provided by the firm, along with a branch office administrator to oversee client services and marketing activities

Training and Support: We offer comprehensive training to all our financial advisors to aid their success throughout their careers. New advisors receive significant professional resources to help them pass required licensing exams and receive financial assistance during their initial four years in practice.

Skills/Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition experience

Drive, self-motivation, and dedication to fostering long-term client relationships

Goal-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking skills

Prior experience in Financial Advisory or Investment sales is a bonus

Completion of licensing courses is an additional advantage
