Required Skills:


• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Reports, Segmentation, Calculated Metrics).

• Expertise with Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) or Dynamic Tag Management (DTM).

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and web tagging technologies.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager)

• Strong data analysis, visualization, and storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Good years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis.

• Experience in eCommerce, marketing, or a digital environment is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Adobe Analytics certification is a strong advantage.

• Experience with other analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mix panel) is a plus.

• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.

Roles and responsibilities:


• Configure and deploy Adobe Analytics tools to capture key performance data.

• Manage tagging and tracking strategies using tools such as Adobe Launch or DTM.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data collection and tag implementation.

• Monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior.

• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize digital strategies.

• Build customized dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

• Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to define KPIs and metrics.

• Communicate findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target.

• Support the design and implementation of experiments to improve performance.

• Conduct training sessions for teams on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for analytics-related issues.

• Maintain detailed documentation of analytics processes, configurations, and workflows.

• Ensure data privacy compliance and adherence to governance frameworks.
