Our client, a leading CPG manufacturing company, is looking to bring on board a skilled, Continuous Improvement Manager for their facility in the Hamilton area.

In this exciting position, you manage the development and implementation of a culture which will allow constant improvement of processes and service. This is a great opportunity to be a key stakeholder in a growing company that invests in its employees.


What we are looking for you to do:

  • Eliminate re occurring customer complaints/ non-conforming product- operational errors and standardize processes to increase first time yields.
  • Provide a framework for improvements by promoting the attainment of results for each responsible project.
  • Develop teams in the implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives; define and create the appropriate tools, and KPIs to ensure the fulfillment.
  • Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coach employees on how to work more efficiently.
  • Ensure that efficiency is maintained at the highest possible level without sacrificing safety, quality and plant standards.
  • Prepare relevant reports and statistics to be shared with management and teams.
  • Change Management/ Project Management.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of continuous improvement manager experience required.
  • 6+ years of CPG manufacturing experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Lean six sigma certification and experience working with IWS required.
