GDG est à la recherche d’un Architecte de solutions pour l'un de nos clients.


Responsabilités

  • Identifier et décrire les capacités fonctionnelles requises pour supporter les besoins exprimés
  • Déterminer les applications/outils qui seront utilisé et les impacts dans les solutions retenues
  • Prendre connaissance et appliquer les normes et les standards en vigueur afin de concevoir des solutions conformes
  • Expérience dans la réalisation de dossiers d’architecture de solutions, incluant la couverture des requis non-fonctionnels
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les escouades et les équipes projets dans le processus de conception de solutions et de suivi de la réalisation; jouer le facilitateur sur son domaine d’intervention
  • Élaborer la stratégie de transition, de cohabitation, de conversion et de délestage lorsque requis
  • Être en mesure de communiquer à différents auditoires (analystes d’affaire, analystes fonctionnels ou organiques, développeurs, architectes de solutions et logiciels, scrum master, chargé de livraison, gestionnaires, …)


Formation et compétences

  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en informatique ou équivalent
  • Posséder au moins quatre (4) années d’expérience en tant qu'Architecte de solutions
  • Connaissance du secteur de l’assurance de personne et/ou de la gestion de patrimoine, (un atout)
  • Connaissance de l’outil Biz Design et de la modélisation Archimate (un atout)
  • Faire preuve d'esprit de synthèse et de rigueur
  • Être orienté vers les résultats
  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie et d'initiative
  • Capacité à travailler sur de multiples initiatives à la fois, gérer les priorités, planifier et organiser le travail
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite, et d’adaptation à l’auditoire
  • Maîtriser le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral et démontrer un niveau intermédiaire-avancé en anglais
  • Être en mesure d'escalader prestement les problématiques/risques identifiés qui ne peuvent se résoudre à son niveau
