About the Role


The Solution Advisor and Subject Matter Expert will play a crucial role in driving Zaddons' growth by delivering compelling and customized presentations of our products to qualified prospects. This role is pivotal in showcasing the value of our HR tech solutions, specifically in Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling platforms, to high-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts. The Solution Advisor and Subject Matter Expert will work closely with sales executives, who conduct thorough fact-finding with prospects, to ensure that each presentation is highly targeted and meets the specific needs of the audience.

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


Product Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and demos to prospects and service partners, ensuring they are tailored to the audience's needs and business challenges.


Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Product Management and SMEs to stay updated on product features and benefits, ensuring accurate and effective communication of our solutions.


Sales Support and RFP Responses

  • Assist in the drafting of responses to RFPs and manage multiple prospects simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational skills and adaptability.


Client and Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and service partners, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our solutions can meet those needs.


Reporting and Documentation

  • Document each presentation's outcomes and key points, creating detailed reports for the sales team and management. This includes capturing customer feedback, questions, and any follow-up actions required, ensuring all relevant information is communicated and acted upon efficiently.


Workshop Participation and Partner Empowerment

  • Participate in critical workshops for major projects to assist our service partners in implementing our products. This role involves providing additional expertise and insights when partners face challenges with clients. Your role is to support them in these workshops, becoming the "superpower" behind our partners. The goal is to augment our partners' capabilities, ensuring client confidence remains strong while allowing our service partners to lead the way.


Qualifications


  • Solid background in HR tech, with specific experience in WFM and scheduling platforms (a must).
  • Proven experience dealing with large enterprise accounts and managing long-term projects.
  • Must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be perfectly bilingual (English and French).
  • A dynamic personality with a results-driven approach.
