Job Overview:


Momentum IR is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role will support and manage client services, public relations, and content creation.

Reporting directly to the Principal, this is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of investor relations while contributing meaningfully to a fast-paced, growing business. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ad-hoc demands with minimal supervision. A proactive and innovative mindset, curiosity to learn, and the ability to suggest new ideas and efficiencies will be key to success.


Prior experience in a corporate setting is required, along with excellent communication and project management skills. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and timeliness of investor communications, client engagement, and event execution.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Draft, edit, and proofread investor materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and press releases.
  • Support and coordinate client roadshows, site tours, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Manage CRM systems by logging investor interactions, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct sector and client-specific research to refine strategic messaging.
  • Update and maintain client websites and social media platforms with press releases, conference updates, photos, and interviews.
  • Create and distribute email campaigns via Mailchimp, ensuring compliance and engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and calendar management.

Qualifications:


  • 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations or Capital Markets, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Passionate and engaging with a pro-active approach to work.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
