Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)

Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification

Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups

Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice

Analyse configuration issues and develop solutions

Prepare a description of the issues for further analysis

Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base.

Contribute to continual improvement initiatives

Skills:

Fluent in English B2/C1 level

2+ years of working experience on Agile projects

Experience working in CSV / GMP Environment

Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog and Task Management)

Hands-on experience with API tools (e.g. Postman, SOAP)

Hands-on experience with ALM for testing

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)

Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable)

JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable)

JSON structure knowledge

Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS)

Debugging Skills

SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
