Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant to join our team for a prestigious luxury apparel retail client based in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM).
  2. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide functional solutions.
  3. Lead workshops and meetings to define business processes and ensure alignment with Oracle EBS capabilities.
  4. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations.
  5. Perform testing (unit, system, integration) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  7. Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.
  3. Strong understanding of financial processes in retail or luxury goods sectors is a plus.
  4. Proven ability to work onsite 5 days a week, collaborating closely with the client team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
