  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by creating user guides, training materials, and conducting training sessions for end-users.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including updates on project progress, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Best Practices: Promote the adoption of ServiceNow best practices and ensure that all processes are aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform functionalities, including process automation and workflow configuration.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
