Our client is an expanding manufacturing company looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team to grow their brand in North America by leading the development of brand strategies, plans, and budgets. What we are looking for you to do:

  • Be a champion for brand development, consumer communications (including social media), research and insights, portfolio innovation, trade presentations, retail pricing, and promotions.
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget with targets including sales, profit, and proportionate advertising expenditures. Ensure budgets are being spent to deliver the best value.
  • Coach and develop direct reports, including direction on key projects, continued feedback, career guidance, and professional development.
  • Be apart of the strategic planning process to build a long-term innovation pipeline. This includes new products, line extensions, reformulations, and packaging formats that meet the company objectives and brand strategies. Participate in innovation process.
  • Manage projects that improve the business in both the short and long term such as packaging changes, new product launches, consumer programs, trade promotions, and consumer/trade shows.
  • Be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Lead the cross-functional team to ensure strategies are aligned and executed across marketing, sales, trade, and operations.
  • Translate the brands’ strategies into compelling creative/media briefs, grounded in consumer insights.
  • Work with agency teams to develop, execute and track Marketing Communication plans.
  • Attend tradeshows and assist with set up and communication.


The experience we are looking for:

  • 5+ years Marketing Manager experience in the CPG manufacturing sector required.
  • Bi lingual English and French required.
  • Clean criminal record and driver’s abstract.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA an asset
